Introduction of cases where the maintenance cycle has significantly extended to an average of 4 months, allowing for continued use.

In the automotive parts manufacturing factory, the dust collector used for the oil mist generated by the cold former was unable to process the oil mist, resulting in smoke escaping from the dust collector's exhaust. Additionally, there was a significant decrease in airflow, making it impossible to suction from the oil mist generation points, leading to the oil mist spreading throughout the factory. The maintenance cycle was also short, at 2 to 3 weeks, resulting in frequent maintenance and substantial running costs. Therefore, the "SMOG-HOG SHN-20 model" was introduced. As a result, the oil mist generated could be processed without escaping from the exhaust, and since there was no decrease in airflow, it operated while maintaining suction power, preventing the oil mist from spreading to the surroundings.
